Job Description
Handle existing valve, mining, construction and industrial accounts nationwide. Service and Sales.
Ability to prospect and develop new accounts. Aggressive Hunter.
Responsible from RFQ receipt to collection of A/R.
Act as go-between with the customer and the foundry on all issues including quality, delivery, pricing, quotations, and A/R collection.
Sell for multiple foundry locations
Ability to travel 30% to 50%
Reports to Director of Sales and Marketing
Locations: Keokuk, IA
Number of Positions: 1
Base Salary: $75K - $80K DOE
Profit Sharing and Great Benefits!
Travel: 10%
Minimum Qualifications
4 year degree preferably in engineering, metallurgy, or industrial sourcing background.
3-5 years work experience in the valve market preferable.
Located or willing to relocate to Keokuk, Iowa.
Ability to read blue prints and understand specifications.
Good communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to interact between customers and our technical departments to understand and explain issues.
Ability to understand and react to market trends with regard to pricing, forecasts, cost control, etc.
Have a basic understanding of foundry processes and machining.
