Keokuk, IA, Gurnee, IL, OR Geneva, IL Schedule:
Monday - Friday Position Purpose The Logistics and Transport Project Coordinator will be the lead on all tolling and repacking operational activities as well as all Logistics and Transport related North American projects enhancing our value proposition and network design. The individual will work very closely with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and full Supply Chain team to analyze all aspects of logistics and transport to best prioritize and implement projects that lead to the safest, cost effective or efficient means of moving, storing and tolling/ repacking of finished goods to meet our customers' needs. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage all activities related to external tolling and/ or repacking operations Develop and enhance tolling and repacking network to achieve growth within the North American business Conduct or support root cause analysis for all tolling service failures, working with cross-functional teams to achieve customer or business satisfaction Implement and drive critical Logistics & Transport North American projects as well as operational initiatives supporting our different Commercial Business Units Develop project plan on basis of business requirements, arrangement of project team, project metrics, KPIS, and reporting Prepare comprehensive project plans to assure deliverables are attained and within budget or timeline Report out regularly on status of project milestones, tasks, scope and timeliness, expenses and risks impacting projects Ability to travel both domestically and internationally. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor of Business in Supply Chain, Finance, Management or related field Experience Minimum 10 Years of related experience 3 years of Logistics/ tolling/ repacking experience Knowledge Knowledge of industry/logistics best practices for the distribution of products across all channels Knowledge of purchasing and procurement procedures Knowledge of logistics service agreements Extensive knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and requirements Knowledge of repacking and tolling operations Skills Strong communication, analytical and project management skills Ability to work effectively with internal teams and create customized transportation solutions for the customer Effective judgement and decision making Demonstrates strong proficiency of computer software applications including MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel Well organized with high attention to detail and accuracy

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
