Administrative Coordinator- HCBS Services in Lee County Basic Job Duties Assume major responsibility for overseeing and coordinating all Bridgeway Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provided in the County including; consumer billing, payroll, productivity reports and follow up, interviewing, training of new hires, quality assurance activities, and ensuring staff compliance with training and human resources requirements.
