The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting an outpatient Family Medicine (without OB) Physician for a community health center, also called a federally qualified health center (FQHC), in Keokuk, Iowa.
What is a community health center?Community health centers are the nations largest source of comprehensive primary care for medically under-resourced communities and populations.
Through an integrated care model, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Position Details:
Clinic Hours:
Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri:
7AM - 7PMProvider Schedule:
40 hours/week within clinic hours of operation with 36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin.
Evenings/weekend:
Some Thursday evening hours until 6 or 7, no weekends.
Call schedule:
after hours phone triage is shared.
Patient time slots:
30 mins - new patient; 15 min - follow upAvg Patients:
16-24 patients/dayCurrent provider staff:
4 FM ARNP, 1 Peds ARNP, 1 Psych ARNP, 1 LISWOther clinical staff/nursing:
1 CMA or LPN/provider; 1 RN Patient Care Manager to support medical clinic.
Supportive work environment, providers collaborate/mentor to accomplish the mission to serve the under resourced population.

Benefits Offered:
Salary Range:
$255,000 - $300,000 based on experience
productivity and quality incentives.
Student loan repayment:
Eligible for up to $50,000 with two year service commitment & option to renew through state and federal programs.

Contract Length:
when you sign a 3 year contract you are eligible for a $10k bonus each year of that contract and can continue to receive that bonus annually for up to 5 years.
